Suitability 

• No pets and smoking inside allowed, more than 6 persons (+ 1 child) prohibited
• wheelchair possible (upstairs)
• children welcome
• towels + bedding for 6 people
• rent long term possible

Conditions 

• Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.
• Deposit payable at capturing reservation: 50 % (non-refundable), remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before the booked rental period. If the sum is not paid, you will lose the reservation.
• Water / bedding / Wifi-Internet / TV / gasoil stove / central heating / sunboiler hot water/ air conditioning 2, units are included in the price
• At the end of the rental period, a one-time cleaning fee of € 120 (at final handover keys)
• Electricity will be counted on actual usage at 0,35 € per kWh(extra cost)
• Bed and bath linen/towels will be counted on 15 € per person per week (extra cost)
• Extra cleaning can be ordered separately (extra cost)
• Extra change of linen and bath / kitchen towels can be ordered separately on the spot (extra cost)
• Deposit-guarantee contents villa, € 300 to be paid at handover keys

Prices 

• All prices are quoted in Euros.
• Changeover day is saturday
• Period by night Minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday
